Sorry you were not happy with your service. The technician took extra time on your vehicle because the scanner plug was not working and had to fix that to determine why the check engine light was on. Then notified the service manager of the list of items that needed to be fixed. Estimates take time when you want to get the best price and quality parts for the customer. We did respond to you the next day but we received no response from you after serveral attempts.
