Charged for something i didn't ask for
Ask ed them to check and see if they had knocked anything loose from my previous vidit tbe day before. Next thing i know im being charged 186.00 dollars for a diagnostic i never asked for. When i tried to discuss it with the manager, he basicalky said too bad. Cause he pays the mechanics a lot of money,so i have go pay.

Flat tire
My new Jeep had 180 miles on it when I picked up a nail in the tire, unfortunately the nail was to far to the outside so it could not be repaired. The dealership told me of a program I had on the car that allowed me to replace the tire with only a small charge for the labor. Thank you
