Excellent Service
GW and Laura were so nice to us. We were needing rotors and pads on front of car and was needing car back quickly and they bent over backwards to get our car fixed and back to us in less than 5 hours!!! Everyone at McCarley's is generous and helpful.
I made my appointment by phone and had to wait a few days to take my vehicle in but it was worth the wait. They told me what repairs were needed, and after answering a bunch of my questions they offered a couple of options and discussed the most cost efficient way to get the work done. I will definitely return for future repairs.

Laura a the best!!!
I brought my Transit there to check for transmission problems. Laura set an appointment up for me to bring it in. They checked it out very thorough and couldn’t duplicate problem. They checked it time after time under different conditions. I’m happy to say they couldn’t find a problem. I left it there for some routine maintenance. Laura kept me posted all long with the progress and checked with me before she did anything. She is an excellent service advisor and her team of technicians are outstanding. I would gladly recommend to anyone that needs regular maintenance and any other repairs to go see Laura and the automotive specialist there. You won’t be disappointed.

Honestly not too thrilled
Honestly not too thrilled. Charged me $180 to tell me the same thing I said when I dropped my car off. Also said there were no signs of the problem and when I picked up the car and drove down the road it started acting up like it has been. I was hoping this shop would be more thorough like I was told. It does not seem like anything was done to inspect my car besides running codes like I had done for free at the auto parts store.

We would like to appologize for your dissatisfaction with the service you received yesterday.  We did confirm fault with the PCM of your vehicle, though this repair was declined.  It's very difficult to make further suggestions of repair when the mechanic is unable to duplicate the issue you had previously experienced.  As stated yesterday at the time of pick-up, if problems persist, we are more than willing to take another look at the vehicle at no further charge to you.  Please give us a call if you would like to continue with the diagnostic process for your vehicle.
