James stated that they have always done what he thought was almost impossible. His turn signals were flashing on him. He stopped at different businesses and they said it was in the steering column, and would be $500 and 2 hours of labor. He got a hold of Rick here and in half an hour, he had it figured out and it cost him $85. They do an excellent job.

Rick provided quick relief from a pop-up problem followed by a complete repair later.
Mastertech is always where I turn to first for all engine and mechanics on my two vehicles. Rick is always straight forward in his dealings with me and provides prompt and complete results at fair cost.

My regular oil change and maintenance
I took my HHR to Rick to get my oil changed, my cabin filter changed and my drivers side backup light replaced. He fixed it all and I am so pleased! No matter what I ask of him, he is honest to me and goes over and beyond for me. He gives me peace of mind after he does things for me and it it so much so appreciated. I never have to worry about him overcharging me for anything or saying I need something done when I don't just to make money. He is a great stand-up guy and he knows what he is doing. I never take my car to anyone else unless he tells me to, which he has done. He has done this for my front-end alignments and something else. I take my car to where he tells me and I get excellent service there as well. I refuse to take my car anywhere else for car care. He is the best in my opinion and every chance I get, I recommend Rick and Master Tech!!
