We had our Jeep taken here to have some work done relating to the front suspension and steering. Mike was very thorough and asked plenty of necessary questions prior to looking at it, he got back to us within 2 days (their lot was VERY FULL so this was impressive) and let us know exactly what they were planning to do to fix it. After getting it back a few days later, it had a new issue with a torque steer. I called Mike immediately and he let us bring it back in same day so they could check it out - they had the issue resolved in just a couple more days. All together we were without our car for about a week, but considering how busy they were (and still are) that was a win. As somebody who works in the auto repair business - I know how challenging getting parts, installing parts, and having it done timely and correctly can truly be. Had they not received and already installed an unknowingly defective part, the repair would’ve been completed in just a couple days. That part being defective is at no fault of their own, it does happen from time to time and believe me - it’s FRUSTRATING to spend time installing a brand new part that doesn’t work! Despite spending entirely too much time and attention on my humble little Jeep, Mike was very persistent and determined to make sure I got it back PERFECT - and today he delivered just that - and with a ‘victory’ smile and handshake. My Jeep is running awesome and has ZERO torque steer. He didn’t charge me anything for the INCREDIBLE extra effort after the initial repair which I appreciated but did not expect. I would absolutely recommend this place to my own family, they really went the extra mile. (Or several because of the test drives haha)
