We’ve used Marks several times in the last 10 years. My last time I was not impressed, there were several basic things not up to par, but I let it go. We recently brought our daughter’s car in, I have to say we were so disappointed by the sloppy job. I mean detail is the name. The lack of detail was pathetic. The tires and wheels looked pretty bad. I was told it was sun damaged (a year old car). Not, I came home and with a bit of elbow grease, the blotchy whiteish areas came off. Seals weren’t fully cleaned and still had pale white patches. There were streaks on the windows and the inside of the window didn’t look like it was even cleaned, there were finger prints on the outside trim of windows, the console still had crumbs, the trunk wasn’t even vacuumed out, there were plenty of areas inside that looked untouched. It was a very sloppy job. No where up to snuff with our previous jobs. I should have inspected it before I paid for it. The service was fine but they ask for a gratuity while paying, which seems offensive. I left a nice tip but had I inspected it first I wouldn’t have left such a tip. We won’t be bringing our cars here again. I’d recommend someplace else. They were decent years ago but the quality to detail has gone down hill.
Brian said they were very thorough and very clear. They were quick, efficient, and did the job. He said they put his things in a bag and put it on the back seat so he could find them later.
Ryan said they were very satisfied with the detailing done to their vehicle. There was a problem with some tree sap and they were able to remove it all in a timely manner.
Carsen said he's taken another one of his vehicles there before. they're very honest, great people and they do good work. They accommodate him as much as they can, and they're transparent about the issues and they always end up doing a great job. Mark is a great guy and he runs a great operation.
Huajun said they're pretty professional, he dropped the vehicle off, they called in a couple of hours for him to pick up the vehicle, they did good work, and it was an easy process.
