Accueil très professionnel
J'ai apprécié l'accueil des professionnels qui nous ont reçus. Ils ont tenu compte des caractéristiques très précises qui me conviendraient pour une auto. J'ai été écoutée et même si je répétais certaines questions, ils étaient compréhensifs et très disposés à me rassurer. Il y a aussi que le représentant était présent pour aider à renouveler l'assurance, le permis...pour répondre aux questions et voir si tout était conforme et en ordre pour nous. Changer d'auto c'est vraiment bien mais c'est épuisant à gérer. De retour chez-nous tout était fait. Merci à votre équipe.
