Going to the mechanic, for me anyway, is always stressful. You never know what to expect, if they're going to be honest or fair with you, and of course how much it is going to cost you. Well, this is my second time going to Magant bc my first encounter was such a good experience, even though I ended up not really needing services so I wasn't charged for anything. I have already started telling people about how kind everyone at this shop is. They are honest and personable. Joe explained everything to me so thoroughly, took me into the garage and the guys showed me exactly where and what the problem was, how long it would take and how much it would cost, all ahead of time. There ended up being one other issue, but he told me what needed to be fixed now and what could wait a bit without making me feel like I was going to drive imto certain death if I didn't do it immediately. When I dropped my car off, Antonio drove me home and he was friendly, and respectful; we chatted the whole way, it was like having a friend drop me off. My car was ready when they said it would be and I'm very pleased with my services and customer care. I can't recommend them enough. I found my mechanics!
