Horrible Company
Have used Lloyds in the past without issue, however this most recent windshield replacement has yielded the vehicles front facing camera inoperable with a replacement cost of $4800. The camera operated fine before the windshield replacement and now that there is an issue Lloyds is telling us after the fact that were two codes in the pre-scan prior to them replacing windshield. We had no issues with the camera prior and they are attempting to blame repairs from six years ago (from a company that dropped them) for the problem. They also used an after market glass and tried to calibrate it several times over an 3 day period, then installed an OEM glass and tried to calibrate it again. Multiple attempts at calibration can burn the camera out and the Infinity dealer report says the camera is shorted out. Also after the fact my insurance company is telling me Lloyds is no longer on their approved vendor list! Apparently there have been other unresolved issues for this to happen. Just wanted share my horrible experience and say Lloyds has lost my trust, future business as well as any friends and family business! Check with your insurance company prior to work being performed and make sure your choice of companies is an approved vendor with them!
