This must be the worst Hyundai dealership in the country. Their service department has had my 2025 Santa Fe for over 2 1/2 months. I can’t get it back. The battery had to be replaced and nothing. I call their service manager Eric Gonzalez and he rarely if ever returns the call. I’m close to calling the Odessa PD and reporting the car as stolen. I live in Tucson and maybe they just don’t care. I would definitely think before buying a car here or having it serviced here.
