Rude Worest experience never going here.
Worst experience I had with the shop they don’t know nothing about how to install the aftermarket market Audi RS honeycomb grill in the right place they zip tied my grill in few spots and camera connectors are not plugged in, I have to spent additional $600 from dealership to install correctly and also they took more than 3 full days to get done when they said it will be done in one full day.

The owner TOM is very rude when I talked to him over the phone he is not allowing me to speak.

He is alleging me that I called him more number of times than the technician called me twice on more number of thing.

They didn’t provided an official quote in the first place, but they said the Exhust to get installed for 350 but hey asked me to pay more than that.

Never going to go here. Poor family owned business.

I tried to steal their labor to work for me directly which I didn’t want to go with after knowing the poor job they and the technicians have

Diagnostic work was done with a great explanation. I appreciate the work but was difficult to get in on account of them being extremely busy.

Top notch service and knowledge
Tom and the crew always deliver as promised. Driving and loving an older Jeep requires knowing what maintenance may be
coming up. Tom always gives the forecast with out the hard upsell. Just the facts and and honest opinion!

Unbelievably trustworthy
They always do a great job looking over everything while not trying to sell anything. They let you know the importance of what needs to be done vs what should be done later so you can plan. They have also been affordable compared to larger dealerships and offer much more flexibility of scheduling.

I believe Tom tells me the truth regarding the updates on my vehicle. I depend on his honesty.
Today was an expensive “fix”, but various things needed to be done, I can’t afford a car payment, so I depend on Tom to keep my vehicle in good running condition.
