Lisa Caputo is an excellent advocate for her customers.
After our recent purchase of a new Hyundai Tucson, we have not been able to access the Bluelink app. Lisa has been in frequent contact with me and the Bluelink customer service team during the past 12 days to correct the problem. Although it remains unsolved by Bluelink, Lisa is consistent in her support and effort.
