Leif is a criminal
If u Google his name. He used be in jail for Financial fraud his actual name is Leif Hensen. Just google his name and you will know what I’m talking about. He used to con people out of money and lie to them all the time and he went to jail for it for financial fraud. What does that tell you about business integrity? Please stay away from this business or you will be sorry don’t be sorry like me and other people like we have done to this business, we regret, but it was too late

Don't take your car here!!!!
If this was the only shop around for 100 miles, I wouldn't take my car here again! DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! My truck was in an accident down in southern Oregon while my son had it and we couldn't get it in anywhere for over a month. In the meantime, my son was driving it back and forth to work. The front quarter panel was damaged but it was drivable and had been driven for the month leading up to taking it to them. The only reason that we took it there was it was really close to where my son was working at the time. Bad idea! We drove it in there, yet when it came time for us to take it home it wouldn't run or even start. They said it probably had something to do with all of the aftermarket wiring and that the ECM was fried. They weren't able to figure out what was wrong with it so that told us that we could take a look at it. That is until we got there and then they wouldn't let us touch it even though we had permission. IT was probably an insurance thing which I understand but they didn't communicate that to us. They simply don't us that we couldn't touch it and basically told us to get out. Our rep / advisor whatever you want to call him Ben was and is a complete jerk. Terrible customer service from everyone we had contact with. They treated the truck like it was trash that they couldn't wait to get out of their shop. It may be trash to them, but it was and is my daily drive that I have put a lot of time and money into. Needless to say, they wouldn't own their mistake at all and the only thing we could do is have it towed from their shop to have the ECM replaced which cost us $2500. The shop that I took it to said it was something that they did that fried the ECM but there was no way to prove it. Whatever you do, don't give them any business. Worst all around experience I have ever had regardless of the industry. Lesson learned. I know that I won't get nor am I expecting a response from them.

REJECTS OF THE AUTO COLLISION INDUSTRY
THIS ESTABLISHMENT DID NO REPAIR TO MY TRUCK. HELD IT FOR THIRTY DAYS CLAIMED MY INSURANCE DRAGGED THEIR FEET ON REPLYING TO THE ESTIMATES. TOTAL LIE. CLAIMED I COULD NOT HAVE MY VEHICLE RELEASED UNTIL THEY RECEIVED SOME SORT OF TOTAL LOSS OF ON VEHICLE WAS SUBMITED TO THEM. CHARGED $150. A DAY FOR STORAGE. THEY ENDED HOLDING MY VEHICLE FOR RANDSOME, WOULD NOT HAND ME AN INVOICE, I HAD TO GET LOCAL POLICE INVOLVED. POLICE REFUSED TO RESPOND TO THE CALL, IN FACT IT WAS BECASE THEY GET A FEW TOO MANY ON THIS BUSINESS.

READ THE REVIEWS, SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THEM BUSINESS..

Liars and thieves.
I live in Newport. My vehicle had some slight cosmetic damage. I couldn't find anyone in Newport to repair it. I had seen Leif's commercials and they seemed legit. They came and picked up my car. From there things went downhill fast. They refused to work with my insurance company. Told me my insurance company was lying. Told me constantly that they did not charge storage fees. They never fixed my car. They held it hostage for 3 weeks. All the while racking up bogus charges. Finally they said my car was ready for pickup. The next day they said it wasn't and I needed to come up with another $272 to get it back. They also said I had to pay in cash. I guess this was so they wouldn't have to claim it on the books. What ever you do do not take your vehicle to Leif's. They are liars and thieves.

Hello my name is Monty,
I had a rear-ended collision last Oct between the insurance company and finding a bodyshop that gives free loaner cars I chose leifs..I couldn't be happier it started off a little confusing but only on the part of my insurance company, Ben was great on working with the insurance to cover and pay the amount needed for the correct repairs.. I finally got my chrysler 300 back last week and the work was Amazing!!!! They truly are what they say everyday on the radio and TV adds ..Ben and leif himself got involved with my very costly repairs... they hit the insurance to to pay so I didn't have to... great work leifs auto repair!! And especially to Ben and leif himself..Thank you!!

Terrible
Terrible customer service. They had car for 3 1/2 months. Even though they said they’d be in contact, I almost always had to contact them. Then they were rude to say the least. The car was back from final dealer check for two weeks before I could pick it up. Ridiculous!!

Stay away.
Oh man where to begin. My was attempted to be broke into, and the top.of my door was bent out. Leifs motto is we will fight your insurance company for you, well, they suck and never did. I should have learned my lesson when they put the wrong color on my hood, and wanted to try and argue that, but I had pics. The paint they painted it with had blue metallic in it it, and my original paint doesn't. Then when it rained in the for the next 1 ½ years the rain water that sat on my hood and baked into the paintfor the next week would etch the water spots in my hood, and they tried to blame the ceramic coating I put on it. Then when the truck was back in the shop getting repainted I had them attempt the bend the top of my door back in but they said my doors were out of adjustment, but how is a door out of adjustment when the hinge is welded from the factory to the cab and the other side of the hinge is welded to.thr door. There is no adjustment from the factory like the old school doors do. Then when I brought it after I filled the comp claim they said they can't help because now it borders on a fraud claim. Really. You bastards would know it was a attempted break in you claim you adjusted the doors you would know more then any other body shop, you messed with it. And the statefarm rep Theo who is supposed to inspect my vehicle only did so thru pics. The insurance company claims the top of my door is bent out due to worn out door hinge pins, but if that's the case there would be damage to the cab,door, and fender but there isn't, you think Leifs would help fight that. A big hell no they didn't. Don't trust them with crap. They screwed me twice in 3 months. I only wish I could put them on blast louder so everyone knows. If you want the work done right avoid them.like the plaque

IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR DONT TAKE IT HERE
First they had my truck for two months and never even fixed what I was concerned about. Then never called me to tell me it was done. I finally called them and they said oh your trucks done when would you like to pick it up? I was like why didn’t you guys call me then I go get my truck get my keys takeoff down the road and realize my hood wasn’t even latched I found extra parts that I assume they ordered to put on the truck that never got put on the truck. They were inside the truck also, my fender flare is already separating from my fender and the interior was completely trashed. Not to mention they stole all of the change out of the consul. I definitely would not suggest taking your vehicle here if you care anything about it.
