Dan, provided over and above service to a friend of mine who had a heat shield come loose from her car. Removed bed the shield and did not charge for doing so. My friend was visiting from PA, he knew she would not be having the repair done at Leading Edge. Despite that, he took care of the situation and she could drive home without dragging the shield.
And to our surprise, did not charge for the service.
