Still not fixed
I have only had my vehicle for two months and I immediately told them there was a problem. Well because it wasn't "duplicated" when I took it in the first time, I got it back with the issue unresolved. I took it back and they kept it for two weeks (they provided a rental during this time) and again, my car is still jerking. I work 16-18 hour days and it is difficult to keep taking time off for my vehicle to serviced with no resolution

Acting Dumb when Dumb is NOT needed
My regret is dealing with Shawn Osbourne Service Advisor. After I scheduled an appt. with Connie Herrera, when I did arrive-" it was NOT in his computer", when I stated I had 2 prepaid service visits and showed him the e-mail reminder
they sent to Me as a " Loyal Customer", " It was NOT in his computer", when I confronted Shawn Osbourne about honoring the e-mail, about the preparations I took to avoid being in this situation. Shawn Osbourne Forcefully told Me to leave the dealership when I stated I would contact his supervisor regarding this issue. Shawn Osbourne never intended to honor anything and "lost it" when I called him on it. I was also with My 7 year old Granddaughter who with his imposing tattooed figure managed to cause her a few sleepless nights by his actions.

They don't honor recalls
The same day I blew my engine is the day that I got a recall letter in the mail stating there would be NO CHARGE. Well, thst was BS. I even talked to the service manager Alfred who told me he hadn't heard anything about a recall. What??? Then same conversation he told me he would give me a goodwill credit and I would only have to pay 10%. The next day he called and told me there was nothing he could do. And they got the engine for free from corporate... I got the papers to prove it.Really? So they had my car for 3 weeks and since I use my car for work I wasn't able to work for 3 weeks. Telling my story to people for the last 3 weeks it is apparent that this is par for the course. I have purchased 6 vehicles from them in the last 4 years and this is how they treat me. I can only imagine how they treat people who have only purchased 1 car from them. I will NEVER purchase from them again and I will continue to let everyone know hiw they treat their best customers.

Horrible Management
Bought a vehicle, never got paperwork from finance person after signing, have expired temporary tag, called to speak to Cody manager but he was VERY rude and sarcastic. Never got a response from
the finance guy Mark in regard to anything! Spoke Cody’s supervisor McCullough got the same response VERY rude and sarcastic! Did not help us with anything! Now I’m on a national level of complaint against this company! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

THEY ARE GREAT UNTIL YOU NEED THEM...
Purchased a new 2018 Tucson Limited/turbo....vehicle is ok, very uncomfortable sits
on long trips. Never bothered to use Navigation until this week when we planned on our first out of state trip. Went to set up Naavigation/Maps no SD card. No problem.
Took out file folder when all our purchase papers, title, handbooks, etc. no sign of an SD card among any handbook or papers. Called dealer nothing. Went in person spent 3 hours at the dealership with no one offering any assistance. Oh, yeah in the end they wanted to order me one for over $300.00, YEP, THAT WAS THE THANK YOU FROM
LARRY MILLER. They are great UNTIL YOU NEED THEM, then they don't know you, they don't even want to LOOK AT YOU.
