Excellent and Quick Service
They were excellent. We are from out of town and had some trouble with our diesel exhaust fluid sensor not registering the correct tank level. They were able to reset the sensor so it recognized the appropriate tank level. They were fast, efficient, and no nonsense. They had the car done in 3 hours. I wish I lived closer because they would be my go-to shop!

No other place I would ever take my truck to be worked on the members there treat you like family they take care of your vehicle like it was their own they take their time to make sure they find anything wrong and they will make it right for you thank you so much for all you have done for my truck we both appreciate it very much

Quality Work
Took my friends truck in for a engine light/EVAP issue that his mechanic was chasing for over a year. Jaime (Lakeview Auto’s Technician) found the issue within the first few hours and we went forward with the repair. I’ve been going there for years and Jaime is the only mechanic I trust. Knowledgeable and honest shop.

The employees are the best
The employees at work here care about your vehicle they take their time on your vehicle they make sure everything is correct and if there’s any problems I’ll let you know they will not charge you for something you do not need they are my trucks new doctor and always will be my trucks doctor so when my truck is sick I bring it to them They are nice kind and treat you with respect never mean word never yelling at me and a lookout for what my truck needs and I don’t cause more problems for me Very good in pricing and I’m not trying to rob your pocket

Prompt, precise, professional, well-priced.
It's not often I am thus pleased to give a feed back quite like this. I've never come across a maintenance team that I was this surprised yet excited to be a customer of. Happy customer. Normally, from previous experiences I've paid for services not completed or improperly handled. Mechanics telling me it's this. Then later finding out it was that. Never apologizing for running up a bill. A bill that shows a bunch of unneeded parts because they were chasing a problem instead of troubleshooting to diagnose the issue.

Jaime here, took care of the issues at hand by properly taking the necessary steps in successfully diagnosing the problem. This guy can troubleshoot. I highly recommend everyone seeking prompt, precise, and well priced diagnostics/service to visit Danielle and Jaime.

Also. Danielle is a delight to work with. She is the most professional and courteous tech I've ever interacted with. A real gem that one.

The best shop
I love that they really work with you so that you’re not paying an arm & a leg and are prisoner to them. I’m thankful they’re out of the box thinkers & do their best to make sure you get the most bang for your buck. Danielle( the office person) is very knowledgeable and makes sure you’re not getting ripped off.

Diagnostic and Repair.
Lakeview Auto and Diesel is an honest shop with trustworthy personnel, which is rare to find nowadays. They photo-document their findings and text it to you in real time, and do good work expeditiously.

I was recommended to this shop by a co-worker years ago, and I would do the same.

My wife and I have been customers of Lakeview Auto for over ten years. After a $3900 bill from the dealership my truck still was not fixed. They told me I needed a new engine. An acquaintance recommended Lakeview Auto. They found the problem and fixed it for under $300. I got another 200,000 miles out of the engine. When I did need a new engine I went to Lakeview. 120,000 miles later it’s still going strong. Won’t go anywhere else for our vehicles.
