Reliable, friendly service every time
Retired & moved here 5 yrs ago. Kruse's was one of the first business friends we made in St. Joe. Their professional, friendly, reliable services consistently give us "peace of mind" every time and on every vehicle! That's one less thing to worry about as we get older...whether on our old or newer vehicles.
They've also been invaluable resources in finding replacement parts for worn out accessories. Some dealerships or manufacturers don't want to share any information unless you agree to do all your business with them and at their higher rates too.
When management and their service reps display the same positive qualities a client hopes to find, you know you've found a business that cares about you and your safety.
Kruse's Auto Center will not let you down!

I’m so impressed. After the mechanics checked my car and I got a call reporting what they thought, Craig himself also went and checked it because we still had questions. It took a bit to get in for an appointment, but I completely understand why. Service here is great.

Extremely pleased
Wife’s car went in for some A/C work, was quoted an estimate and the work came in 100 dollars cheaper. All the work was explained to me in detail and was updated throughout the day. Another thing that I appreciated was that treated me with respect. Customer service is outstanding. Will be a returning customer.

My Van is running good again!
When I arrived at Kruses's I had no idea how I would be able to get to Omaha. Jeff Schomburg was a life saver. He called all the vehicle rental places and no vehicles were available. He asked if he could call U Haul and I said YES! They had 1 available with 2 seats and enclosed back. Perfect to carry 3 dogs and all of our stuff for 2 people. Jeff drove me to their location and I rented a Uhaul for 4 days. First obstacle was the seat wouldn't adjust. Jeff went back in and got another vehicle rented for us. He then adjusted the seat and showed me how to operate the fancy mirror controls. I followed him back to their shop and Jeff was helping us get our belonging moved to the UHaul so that we could get back on the road. Monday Jeff called me to let me know what needed to be fixed and that the oxygen sensor should be there on Tuesday. Tuesday morning
about 11 am, Jeff called to let me know that the van was ready to be picked up. We arrived early pm and Jeff helped us move our stuff and the 3 dogs back to my van. Jeff made me feel very special with all that he did for me! The van is running very smooth now! Thank you for all that you did for me and my family! Debra
