Seamless and straightforward repair process with an extensive claim that turned out to be larger than expected
I had a large comprehensive claim that turned out to be bigger and more extensive than I had imagined however Dan at Kniesel's Collision kept me in the loop and made the claim/repair process seamless and straightforward. The outcome turned out better than I could have imagined -- big thanks to Dan!
It was great. The only drawback was the wait time for appointments but that is understandable to me for the times that we are in and the quality of work that was performed
