Coolant leak made easy.
Car broke down and when we got to the shop the whole yard was full. It made me skeptical at first. Ti my surprise just a couple days later I get a call from them saying its done. Not only did they fix the problem. They even knew a way to not kill the wallet!! I'd definitely go back if something else breaks.

Best in Western Mass!
KLM is the best auto repair shop I’ve been to!!! They are honest, fair, and do great work! One time I didn’t have a ride to shop when my repairs were done and they came to my house and picked me up!!! Free of charge!!! They are great people!
