Haven’t had my vehicle in over a month
As of today, Klein Honda has had my CRV for over a month with no confirmation as to whether or not it’s actually finally repaired. They charged me $800 for a drivers belt and tensioner that they verbally confirmed afterwards did not actually need to be replaced, and the car keeps making the same noise, regardless due to an entirely different issue (oil pistons). I got a phone call/voicemail around 7:30am yesterday from Gary Moore asking why they still had my vehicle and that they thought I had picked it up… even though he literally had told me to keep the loaner vehicle until they discovered why my car shakes when starting it up. There still has been zero resolution with my vehicle and it was initially brought in November 21st, over a month ago.
I called the service center back and said that I will gladly work with anyone aside from Gary at this point. Apparently, when you talk with him nothing is resolved and you don’t hear from anyone there for weeks. This place has been an absolute headache and nightmare to work with.

Worst customer service ever
Garbage service from a garbage dealership. Called several days before and scheduled an appointment for my Civic to have its “check emissions system” message checked out. I dropped the car off at my appointment time and was asked “do you plan on waiting here or do you want us to call you when we have an update?”. I told the service tech I wanted to be called. I had a friend pick me up to take me home. 24 hours later I had heard nothing from Klein so I called and was told “oh, it looks like we’re just about to check it out now” meaning they had forgotten about my car until I called. They called me a few hours later and said it was the thermostat and they would be able to replace it and have it ready by that night. I finally got a call late in the morning the next day saying they were finished. I told them I wanted a discount because of the poor communication and the fact they had forgotten about my car. They said they could discuss when I came in to pick up the car. I came on Sunday since it was the only day I could get someone to take me since my wife is home with our newborn baby. I went inside and talked to one of the sales people since the service department is closed Sundays. The sales person talked to a manager and said they could only give me the keys if I payed the full balance. I told them I wouldn’t and that I needed either a discount or for someone to drive me home since I had been dropped off by my mother-in-law on her lunch break and she had left. The team at Klein refused to help in any way and told me to come back tomorrow and that they couldn’t do anything to help me get home. I assume since there was no chance of a commission check for the sales manager there was no reason to help me.

I walked to Target in the rain and had my wife pack our 1 month old baby into a car seat and come pick me up.

Terrible service. Once I pick up my car I won’t be back again and I will be telling my friends and family to avoid this place as well.

I fricken LOVE Klein Honda!!!
Just bought my first brand new car and returned to Klein Honda for their outstanding no pressure salesmanship. I can't say enough, but I drove away with every need being met and all my prayers answered. I will try to post a video clip my daughter created of our experience. 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Boost Blue Pearl Touring. Super grateful to Edmund, our Salesman, and Marc, our Finance Director. Blessings.

Bad customers service
My name is Karim and my car is Honda Pilot 2015 (first owner). Today I went to change oil in my car (free lifetime change oil), the person that was helping me asked if I needed anything added or fixed in the car, but I told him “no, I just need to change car oil”. While he was changing oil I was walking around where the car is, and I saw everything he was doing. Then finally after two hours of waiting I get surprised by a $121.99 bill, even though I’m not supposed to pay anything because oil changing is free. I asked him what this bill is for, he tells me it’s because he was doing an inspection in the car, even though when someone is changing car oil, car inspection is a automatic thing to do that doesn’t need a bill. He also didn’t add anything extra in the car, add to that he didn’t even check the tires, so he basically did nothing extra for that bill. The big surprise is that when I talk to him to ask why I should pay that very big amount bill even though I saw that he didn’t do anything he tells me that he just adjusted brake( I already changed brakes front and rear from only 2 month), inspected part of cars, and labor, then I told him that these things are usual things that any mechanic would do and that when I change my oil every time at Honda the person that helps always does that stuff for free, but the person who was helping didn’t add anything in the car that’s why I don’t see the need of paying the bill. He also didn’t tell me that I would pay anything even though he knew my oil change is free. When I negotiate with him and ask for the manager or the supervisor he tells me non of them are here it’s only me, and he told me if I don’t pay then he’ll take my car keys which means I can’t take my car. I got really chocked from his response because my car that costs $20, 000 is going to be taken from me because I refuse to pay $121.99. Then I was forced to pay the bill because I had a doctors appointment that I needed to get too. Besides all that his way of negotiating was so disrespectful for a car dealership like “Klein Honda Everette”. I’m very surprised from what happened today.

Klein and Honda
I bought a new Honda CRV from Klein and expected this car to be better than a Ford.
At 70,000 miles air conditioning went out ($1500) then got a call and Klein wanted another $2000 for an oil leak. This car has been taken care of as directed by Manuel.
Never again would I purchase a Honda or trust Klein.

No service either no costumer service
Uncle got a car and broke in 3 days, refusing to refund him or to solve their problems.
Don’t deal with them find better place or you put your self for risk and fair.

They cheated my friend car was worse ever not only that costumer service is terrible
They put all friend family in hurm.

God bless Right trust American
Dad bought a car last month, we trust them as people always say Klein Honda is best, after a week we found car has a lot problems, missing part. added water in coolant radiator and car got burned, they hurm all family badly. if you trust us find other places to trust and buy safe and secure vehicles.
You don’t want put your self in risk and try to contact them no respond and you end up by telling you this is a part of business you look at it you like it no one forced you to porched it.

DON'T BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM.
Bought a Honda Element from these guys. Got ripped for 3 x more than the blue book value, and Aaron from finance recommended I buy a warranty in case there were issues that didn't show up during the test drive. Paid the $3500 warranty to be "safe". I didn't know that they don't cover wear and tear. Wear and tear? I drove the car only 3,000 miles. Things started rattling and I figured something needed to be tightened and the car needed a tune up so I took it in. Couldn't believe the problems and the cost to fix them. Almost $5000. The shocks are gone. The struts are gone. The end link is gone. And guess what?? The warranty covers only $500 of the cost. How anyone could screw someone out of their money to buy a car that they have to know is a piece of ----, much less sleep at night, is beyond me. I stupidly thought that if I bought the car from a "reputable" dealer, I would be safe. May as well buy one at 7-11 for all that matters. Some people think it is dumb to buy a new car. I would rather spend extra money on a new car than buy a piece of crap from people who have no conscience. Now I have a car that is worth less than $4000 (actually it is not worth a dime before repairs), and will have paid almost $20000. for. How stupid am I?? IF YOU WANT TO BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM, BRING A MECHANIC. These guys have no morals.

Their customer service is BS.
When I bought my car there was a warrantee, they immediately took the warrantee away when I went to sign tye paperwork. That was my first red flag. I shouldn't have bought it. Since then, they've broken my door and refused to fix it. They also have opted to lie to me instead of doing any kind of inspection on my car. My brakes were metal on metal, but their "technician" said my brakes were "good". It's clear to me that now that they have my money they don't care about me as a customer. I've paid to have free oil changes for the life of my car, but now that I've expressed my displeasure at how they've treated me and my vehicle, those oil changes are all of a sudden a "gift" that they may not keep giving me. They've also decided to blame ME for their poor performance and terrible service, which isn't a good look for a customer service based business. All in all I am disappointed with them. Their customer service borders on abusive, their service center has cost me money on "free" oil changes, and their management staff seem pretty incompetent. They got my money and could care less now.
