Angela said she thought the staff was very attentive to detail, very thorough and friendly. The people at the facility work hard and are nice people. The work was of high quality. She did have to take her vehicle back because the passenger's side door did not work but they took care of this immediately. This did not damage her overall impression. She paid for the repairs herself.

Shiro said that they did not address an unspecified problem he had asked for them to check out. He said the paint was stripped by what looks like masking tape. There was a five day delay because of the insurance company. The vehicle will be returned because the issues with the paint work.

Bryan said this business took a little extra time to get the repairs finished. They needed to import parts from Germany. They made up for it by covering the cost of his rental and he was pretty appreciative of that. He has not seen the paint work in total sunlight but from what he has seen it looks good. His vehicle was there for a month and a half. There was no set promise time but it was a week and a half longer than estimated. There was some bondo dust on the exterior but the interior was clean. They did a great job of keeping him informed. The facility was very clean. He appreciated what they did.
