Uncaring service
Each time I leave my car for service at King Hyundai, no one answers when I call and when I leave a message, no one calls back. You'd think that they'd give me status on when the car is expected to be ready, but King doesn't care.

Worst Service
I do not recommend having your vehicle serviced at this location. I took my car there to have recalls serviced. After numerous attempts to reach them they informed me that aside from the recalls my car's break line needed to be drained. A couple months passed by and still no answer or calls after multiple messages left. Due to my job it's complicated to make it during regular service hours. My car was there being "serviced" for almost four months. When I spoke to the service manager he stated that my car should be ready in a couple days. I received a call that my car was not ready and that they will provide a lender vehicle. When I went to pick it up the manager stated that my car was not functional and the repairs needed were to exceed $10,000.00. Not at any moment during those four months was this discussed or brought up to my attention. I left with my car with service lights all over the dashboard as well as a warning signs which where not there when the car was brought for the recalls.

Purchased a used 2021 SantaFe 15,000 miles
I purchased a used 2021 Santa Fe with only 15,000 miles. I just signed the papers and went to drive home. The light said the airbag is not detected. I was sitting in the Passenger seat on a pillow. I test drove all the cars with a
pillow since Im short and like to see the road above when driving. The service advisor took the car back and then brought it back. It did it again! I was told go home and they would order a Module. I drove an hour home and waited for it to come in. Drove back to King Hyundai and got a loaner car to go home. Next day: they call say its fixed and I get my car back. Two days later it happens again.Only this time my service advisor is MIA and no
one would call me back. So I call the person who sold me car and his answer is "I am only the salesmen" not mechanic. I know have a complaint
with Hyundai and the Dept of Hwy and Safety. I have not recieved any calls
other than dont seat on pillow and light will go off. I would not have bought car if I couldnt sit on pillow. I would have bought a car with power seats on both driver and passenger seat.I have not had this car 3 months 3 trips to service for the same issue and not one person has attempted to solve problem. Lemon????????

Terrible experience so far
Not recommended. I've been several times, unfortunately my car is a Hyundai and I had several problems to fix, the service at this place is terrible, nobody knows anything, nobody knows how to give correct information, I don't know what kind of service they do on the car, but it's a one of the worst.

The CPO rating is a joke, the car literally poisoned my family with dangerous levels of back mold
The Car had 5000 miles on it and stunk, was told to change the cabin filter myself days after purchase, i did and it was covered in black mold, rat feces and snails, the salesman did nothing. Took a month to get into service, and going on 5 days now without any communication with the dealership. The black mold has severely affected my entire family.

Unbelievably horrible
Not recommended. I made a month ahead appointment. When I got there a job that takes 10 mins for the wash and 10 min oil change, walk around like 10 minutes and an extra 15 minutes I’ll give them to get themselves situated. 45 min job took 4 hours to get it done. This is my fifth time coming here and every time I wait for 2 hours. This time 4 hours! The only reason I come here is because the one in Delray takes 2-3 months for an appointment. This place is ridiculous. Stop over booking people. I could understand waiting this long if not by appointment but y’all had 4 weeks to coordinate it and failed.

Lodged a formal complaint with Hyundai
I purchased a CPO from this dealership. I put 7k miles and the total mileage is just over 26k.
2 tires are worn to the wear markers.
Called and spoke to service advisor ANWAR SMIDI.
Without seeing my car, he spent 5 minutes telling my why it's not covered under warranty!
The car hasn't been inspected! The tires have a 55k warranty.
He should have had me bring the car in to be checked for a reason that it has premature tire wear BEFORE TELLING ME I AM NOT COVERED BY THE CPO WARRANTY!
Drive to the dealership to speak to the service manager.
His suggestion was..... Call Michelin!
This is not customer service.

Conclusion over the phone!?!?
I CALLED ANWAR SMIDI, A SERVICE ADVISOR, ABOUT MY CPO IONIQ THAT I PURCHASED ABOUT 7K AGO. CAR HAS 26K NOW.
I ASKED ABOUT PREMATURE TIRE WEAR. HE BEGAN A 5 MINUTE SPEECH ON WHY I AM NOT PROTECTED.
HE DID NOT SUGGEST I BRING THE CAR IN TO SEE WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS PROBLEM.
WHEN I ASKED WHAT COULD CAUSE PREMATURE TIRE WEAR, HE SAID "I DON'T KNOW".
HE SEEMED TO KNOW THAT I'M NOT COVERED BUT DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS.
OBVIOUSLY, HE ONLY HAS SALES EXPERIENCE AND HAS NO MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE.
CALLED HYUNDAI AND MADE A FORMAL COMPLAINT.
SPOKE TO THE SERVICE MANAGER AND THAT ACCOMPLISHED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Why king hyundai
My name is Giovanni. I drive from NY. Every 3 years to change my lease. I leased and bought many cars over the years. Know keeps their word like the people at kings. Starting from Greg the sales manager when he says he's going to do is best for you.you can count on it .Erika also great tulio in sales professional to the Q. They went above and beyond to see that I got the car and color I wanted and not just what they had in stock.and worked hard to get it to my price.and if your ever in NY stay away from south shore hyundai. And why ill be driving back from New York in 3 years. Thanks guys you make a great teams. See you in 39 mounths.

Poor service - very disappointed
Brought my car in for the 3rd time for a bulb change on turn signal. Waited 2 hours to be told it was a socket and would cost me $. I told them my miles were low and under warranty. They told me I had 60 miles on my car. To make a long story short I called the service Mgr. and was told they added another car to my name - was this done to get addditional money! How does this happen? They rescheduled an appt. 3 weeks away and would not get me in sooner, since the part is in. This is not good service and I have to wait to have this other car removed from my account at this dealership!!

poor service poor everything
Not the same as it used to be years ago, very disappointed to the service department - they broke my key after keeping my car all day - only to tell me that the problem was my tires AFTER THE THIRD TIME GOING. Tires are 2 years old
service manager said he would help with the key - I've been calling every one of their numbers and it rings and hangs up - sometimes a recording that says no one can answer my call!

Poor service
The experience startrts with purchase. I received a denfed keyfob for my new Hyundai Ioniq 5 which I was told I damaged myself. Then, when a rear exterior trim came off, I was told that Inalso damged it and need to pay toget it fixed instead of repairing it under manufacturer's warranty. If you want to play a cat and mouse where you customer is the mouse game please buy and service your vehicles at this dealership.

Loan still has not been cleared up
If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Went in there to get my car serviced (Kona previously purchased out of state). The salesman approached me about trading in my car. After some time and a test drive, I decided to move forward with the trade as a bigger car was needed. They agreed to pay off the balance due on the Kona. 6 weeks later, I am getting phone calls, emails and letters from Hyundai finance telling me that the loan is in default and that they are going to put me in collections. I have called numerous times and when I finally spoke with someone (Rafael) in the finance dept, he told me the payment was being sent next day air on the 19th. He was supposed to have sent me an email documenting the transaction which he did not and I still have no resolution. I but a new car every three to 4 years and since I moved from out of state I was hoping to make this the dealership but this is not a way to retain a customer. Can someone please take care of this?

oil change
Needed an oil change and tire check. took 3 hours and then the oil sticker missing for next time oil change due. mand air in tires were all wrong.
