Failed to do their part
Dropped truck off i quoted a price then 3 changes. The 4th unchanged on their own i refused to pay and went to get my truck n they had it against a pole damaging custom paint refused to pay my custom painters price to fix. All work not complete literally had drop it off at another shop from their shop to get alignment fixed [paid them for it on my invoice]. Double checking work they claimed to have done and proceeding with legal action. And LOOK at your bills their math don't math right. The so-called "computer calculations) didn't add up when I added up the numbers. And then price change from the bottom left box to the right side when it should have been the same number before taxes. The original and final have the SAME work yet a totally different price. They refused to even go over their own paperwork. We'll see how the courts read it all.

Radiator leak
I would’ve given a 10 star ⭐️ if I could. The team was professional and the price the was reasonable and most of all, my car runs like new. I’ll definitely use Kidwell again. Thanks

Sold a bad car
I turned my car in to Kidwell on March 24, 2025 and I didn’t get my car back until April 22, 2025. It was a lack of communication. I never received a loaner car so I got fired from my job because I couldn’t get back-and-forth and it was never a clear answer or understanding on what was going on or what needed to be done or how long

2002 Chevy Astro Van
I've had my 2002 Chevy Astro for over 20 years. After 20+ years of wear and tear and deterioration, my electric locks quit working and my drivers side door and rear French door quit opening. Before it quit opening, my driver's side door was also hard to close, and then the last time I got it closed, I never could get it to open again. I brought my vehicle to Kidwell and they had it fixed within 2 days of working on it. My electric locks work and my doors are opening and closing better than ever! I'm very pleased with their work and great customer service and would recommend them to anyone in need of electrical and mechanical repairs for their vehicle.

Repair valve cover and components
Very helpful very very nice and friendly it seems as though they care about you and your vehicle they did an excellent job they really had a personal touch in my heart cuz many places don't seem as though they care they only think about the money and as a woman dollar signs always pops and mechanics eyes because they think the woman does not know what's going on with her vehicle some women are not that incompetent and I'm one of them we'll see how it works out hopefully everything works out fine and I will make them the home in which I will trust my vehicle too thank you guys that work there Justin Chris and the rest of the team I thank them appreciate the work that they've done I appreciate them thank you
