Took too much time and did not keep me updated
Business kept me in the dark during the wntire visit and then tried to add on fees that were not really applicable

The best. Simply put.
Reggie, Mari, Cal and Gerald are the absolute best. My family has bought numerous cars from them. And we have always been taken care of and treated like family. Pricing is fair and honest. And no pressure sales. Can’t ask for anything more. Hard to find a good dealership these days. Even if you’re not buying a Kia, the used cars they have are also priced fairly.

Disappointed
I would like to share my experience with this KIA dealership. The service department never picks the call. For me its been 4 days calling them to ask for the status of parts which they ordered for my car. Last week, half work was done on my vehicle, and due to 1 mount on back order, they asked me to wait for that. When I was coming back to my home, I noticed my car was still having issues. I tried myself to find out what could be an issue. When I looked under my car I came to know there is one more part which was not fixed and when I asked the dealership they said that they forgot to order that and I have to wait again for 2 to 3 weeks. Now, I am calling them to ask for the status they are not picking up my calls, and I am calling daily. Poor management, no callbacks, and no apology by the dealership.

Disappointing experiencwe
You are going to need a shower after leaving this dealership after all the ick from the sales managers. Take a very careful, scrutinizing look at paperwork before you sign it, cause they managed to pull a fast one on me…higher interest rate than what I was told, longer payment term and reduced my trade in than agreed upon. Tried to tell me that my trade in was reduced due to the tax savings you get for trading in. Sad for a few thousands extra dollars, they would resort to shady tactics. I guess these difficult times ahead, Barrie Kia needs the $ more than I. Definitely moving my service and all needs elsewhere.

The only good thing besides a new car is our sales agent Dale was great….super friendly and realized I knew exactly what I wanted and he was patient and kind and found it for me.

Not Disappointed
We came all the way from north York to Barrie because of good reviews on Kia Barrie- not disappointed with the helpful staff salesperson Ron and Nas of course amazing guy who help us on financing options for my son. I’m only not happy but excited for my son first purchase of his own vehicle! Kia Barrie is absolutely the place to go! Thank You!!! 🙏🏽

Expérience décevante avec l'achat de ma Kia Sportage
Malheureusement, mon expérience d’achat d’une Kia Sportage chez Kia Laval a été frustrante et décevante. Le processus semblait précipité, et le représentant des ventes semblait plus intéressé par la vente que par m’aider à trouver le bon véhicule. On m’a donné très peu d’informations sur les options de financement, et lorsque j’ai posé des questions, les réponses étaient vagues ou peu claires. En plus de cela, la communication tout au long du processus a été insuffisante. On m’avait promis des mises à jour sur la paperasse et la livraison, mais j’ai dû faire plusieurs suivis moi-même. Une fois le véhicule livré, il n’était pas aussi propre que prévu, et on ne m’a même pas expliqué certaines fonctionnalités importantes. Je m’attendais à un meilleur service et à plus de professionnalisme. Très déçu de mon expérience, et je ne suis pas sûr de recommander ce concessionnaire.

Disappointing Sales Experience at Kia Demo
I was excited to purchase a Kia Sportage from Kia Demo, but the sales process was frustrating. The salesperson seemed rushed and not very interested in answering my questions. I also felt pressured to make a decision quickly without getting clear details on pricing and financing.

While I do like the car, the overall experience was disappointing. Better communication and customer care would have made a big difference. Not sure I’d recommend this dealership for sales.

Super expérience chez Kia Demo!
J’ai acheté une Kia Sportage chez Kia Demo, et l’ensemble du processus s’est bien déroulé. L’équipe était accueillante et professionnelle, et Jean Dupont a su répondre à mes questions sans pression.

Seul petit bémol, l’attente pour la livraison a été plus longue que prévu. Mais dans l’ensemble, je suis très satisfait de mon achat et recommande ce concessionnaire!

Wonderful experience!
Gus had the car waiting for us when we arrived. He knew the features of the car and made the whole process easy. Start to finish this was a seamless process. They even had someone at the end get us set up with the phone app and enable the features we wanted. Everyone was helpful and it was no pressure ever. Highly recommend a Kia Demo and ask for Gus he is the wonderful.
