Lousy mechanics
Don’t let them tear into your engine they will destroy it. They use crappy parts and over tighten specs. I replace my timing belt and water pump every 60000 miles to prevent breakdowns. The water pumps they use won’t last 50000 miles. They installed 2 water pumps and both failed early. 48000 and 37000. Their mechanics now are yahoos. Rip offs

The manager lady is beyond rude

Just called asking for a few quotes.
I spoke with a woman claiming she's the manager who hung up on me.

I called "hi how much do you charge for a diag check engine light on?"

She replied "what type of car?"

I responded, completely dumbfounded that the type of car would determine the diag as they were the 8th shop in the area I called asking the same thing, never getting that response "Does it matter?"

She said rudely "yes" she didn't then explain to tell me why.

So I had to ask "well why would that matter?"

She argued with me back and forth about 2 or 3 times before she told me "after the year 2000 it's $190. Before 2000, it's $250."

So after she gave me the quote, I said "OK, what about if I needed an oil change? What do you charge for regular standard oil and full synthetic?"

She said "I dont give quotes over the phone. Thank yoooou" and hung up on me.

I, again, was completely dumbfounded. I called her back and asked why she hung up on me. Her exact words were "because we don't five quotes over the phone. We've been here 30 f*cking years, same guys. Like, what do you want?"

She eventually rambled some BS how good they are then told me the quote I was asking for.

Drugs are bad people.... after all that, she gave me the quotes.

What in the actual f*ck...?!

There is zero integrity with this shop, I paid 1200 for a new clutch and I have to take it to another shop to be fixed....DO NOT take your vehicle here for repair

Amy said this business was great and she had no issues with them. They were friendly and very personable. She went to them without an appointment and they got her right in, so she didn't have to wait. When she needed to have work done on her muffler, they were able to refer her to a facility that was able to do the work, they were not able to do. She was able to go to the other facility and she had no issues. She found them to be very accommodating. They sent her a hand written note, thanking her for being a customer.
