Just don't, as the other reviews say- they will over charge. Just a side note, the owner was sitting in there talking about his daughter relapsing on hard drugs, but continues to keep her employed at the shop anyways (I think I know why I was overcharged 😉). They will absolutely go off on you for asking a question. The lady (wife I think) was nice, explained things well, even if there was disagreement, but the owner takes control and does how he wants to and talks to you like he wants to. I was pretty shocked when he just started going off on me, honestly. I recorded the conversations with them, knowing that they will respond to this calling me a liar like they do other people on these reviews. I will publicy post those conversations and tag it on these reviews when I do so, so ya'll can see how quickly the owner escalated the situation. They didn't let me know what needed to be done (I had already done it, and they both confirmed this and will be on exposed recordings), they basically turned a wrench a couple times for torque to spec (which I could have done if they told me for diagnostic), and charged me $230+... for nothing.... I'm interested in seeing the rebuttal he has. He will call me a liar and say anything that makes himself look good, but I have the proof and can confirm some of these other comments and the owner's response. I'll say this- if an owner of a company starts off a response with calling someone a liar, or acting like a child multiple times, they obviously don't know how to handle business or communication in a professional manner, and that reflects the work they do. I wouldn't recommend this place, or if you do don't have any issues with anything because you will be wrong and if you think you'll have a decent, respectful conversation, you won't because there's not much respect or decency in the people. It hurts to say something like that because I think the owner is knowledge and probably works very hard, but he's not a business owner and just simply doesn't do it the right way.
