I am a long time Volvo owner. I moved to Middleboro and was unsure where to take my car. Online within our community, Junior’s had all positive feedback from our community members.
I previously went for my scheduled service appointments and my car was well cared for and I was treated with respect.
For 2026, my car drivers door died, my car stopped making heat and blowing out any air (cold or hot). I called and made an appointment for routine scheduled maintenance and an assessment of the current issues. Paul explained the repair issues in depth to me, where the parts would come from / delivery eta’s, the estimated time for the work and the cost. During the process, something beyond anyone’s control happened, delaying the return of my car. I was updated daily while the part was reordered and the work was completed.
Paul was understanding if I called for an update during a period of trying to figure out what was not going according to plan.
At pick up, Paul and Junior both showed me the parts, reexplained all the work and the blip that occurred.
My car is a 2015 Volvo XC60 with 98,000 miles on it. I tell her, we are together ant least another 100,000 miles! As a lady, I am 100% comfortable with the staff, trust the workmanship and professionalism at Junior’s. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to their shop for routine maintenance and unforeseen repairs. If you have questions ask and they will explain things so you understand the problem and the necessary repairs.
