It was goid
The car drives totally different than before I brought it in! I feel safer in it now. The only thing is, I told them about a pulling feeling that it made when driving on freeway and it still does that also when trying the wheels all the way to one side there is noice kinda like a popping but the noice sound like B-o-I-n-g. This still needs to be addressed and wasn't while it was there.

Great service convenient location
The staff is terrific they repaired my car even some things that I wasn't aware that were wrong. And had it ready on time and even managed to get my AC working. Thanks for a great job guys. Can't tell you how much I appreciate it all that you did. I will definitely recommend you to other people.

Repair done in a day!
Took my truck to the dealership, they told me it would take 3 days to diagnose, and then they would have to order the parts, then they would perform the repair. I had to leave my truck there and they made it seem like it was going to take over a week. Insane!

Julia’s Auto Repair diagnosed the issue in 3 hours and performed the repair. It took a day! One day! I’m sure different repairs take different times, but this absolutely solidified the great experience. They took good care of my vehicle and the issue is fixed. They also don’t try to sell you (push you into) additional repairs, which I appreciated.

Yumi answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. She kept me updated throughout the process. When my vehicle was ready, they explained everything that was done and gave me additional details about their warranty. Excellent customer service!

It's been a while since I've posted in reference to my car🚗. Saw engine light on and my car was tugging while changing into gears to go with speed. Went to Julia's unannounced and with in 10 min car was taken to the back and a diagnostic test was done. Of course we as people don't like to here the verdict, and be it I'm very particular with my car. And Mrs Elizabeth loving genuine Angel said to me need new spark plugs kind of a tune up and said we can have you taken care of. So After speaking to my other half decision was to fix my car the next day. Show up and Again my Angel Elizabeth informed me it was going to be a long time since being off of work I would just wait there. Nope Mrs Elizabeth said I'm going to call you an Uber and you go home and rest we will keep u posted on your car.. So blessed did not expect, so remember being true to yourself is the best way to be towards others.. Just wan to say real Family Business don't just read and Assume. Make your own point, opinion by visiting yourself and experience true love and great 1000 percent service... Thank you Team, Family Julia's Auto Care .

Desperate need of major repair
I was in need of repairs on my 2022 Nissan Rogue in which i have a warranty for and was referred to Julia's Auto Repair. I met with Elizabeth and left my vehicle while the diagnostic was being performed. I was very impressed that Elizabeth offered to call and pay for an Uber to bring me back home. I received a text informing me the diagnostic was being performed. The next morning I received a call from Elizabeth explaining the service issues on my vehicle would fall under Nissan's manufacture warranty. Therefore, shr recommend the Nissan dealership nearby. Although, the repairs were not done at Julia's, I appreciate her honesty and recommendations. Customer service is great and they went over and beyond my expectations. I definitely will utilizing their service as needed in the future!
