99 Lexus, 167,000 miles, keeps on going, thanks to Johnny
Been taking my Lexus there since 2017. John is always able to keep me on the road. And on my budget, that's a life saver.

Rip off!!!!!!!!
Took my truck in to check brakes and oil change I told him if the repair for brakes don't exceed $300 just do it don't call ....well I went to pick it up around 3pm and handed me a bill for $725 wtf....he said he replaced front rotors and pads I priced the job at 3 other shops they gave me a price of $345!and exact same parts company I asked John to show me the boxes that's how I know people get prices else where this guy has been screwing Whittier for years never again

not thrilled
took my car for a check engine light on they said it was a CO2 sensor but the light came back on the next day and took the car back and after $2,000 the issue still wasnt resolved. I took it elsewhere and turns out it was the catalytic converters They used to be highly qualified now not at all. Go anywhere but here

David said he is disappointed with the service by this business. They did work that was not authorized and overcharged him for service. He watched this business perform unauthorized work on his vehicle and instead of saying something regarding this, he made the decision after 20 years to switch service providers. He would not recommend this business for service due to reasons already mentioned and not appreciating the way they do business.
