Tire rotation and multi point inspect
After waiting the allotted two hours for work to be completed, it was not. Had to wait additional 20 minutes to get tires rotated. Inspection not completed.

Awesome Service!
This is the BEST experience I have ever had with an auto shop in my 60 years of driving. They were really life savers!

I was visiting my daughter in Boulder and accidentally hit a curb. While my car was still drivable the incident dislocated a shield behind my bumper. I had to return to my home in Minnesota the next day and feared that the damage would intensify on the 900+ mile trip. I found John's on the internet and called on Monday morning. Henry told me to bring my car in that afternoon and they would see if they could do a temporary fix. I arrived at 1 p.m. and they took my car in right away. A half hour later I drove away with a patch job that allowed me to make the drive home the next day. AND, John's did not charge me a penny. WOW! Thank you, thank you John's Auto Care!

Fast and fair repairs
I called on a Thursday. An appointment was available the next day. My vehicle was taken in immediately. The technician reviewed the work that was required. The final invoice reflected the exact work which was performed. They even performed an additional repair needed to facilitate the work without additional costs. Henry and his team were great. Repair of collision damage plus burned out taillights
I sent in the car for repair after a parking lot collision with another car that damaged the front bumper and a turning light. John's shop replaced the damaged or burned-out lights (which I did not realize were burned out!), and did some metal bending to return the front bumper to a close approximation to the original shape. The total cost was reasonable. I am most grateful to John's staff for noticing the taillight issues and fixing the other issues for a reasonable price.

John’s is our go-to and has been for a long time. The guys up front are always super friendly, positive, and helpful, and willing to walk through pros and cons of various services. They are also willing to accommodate what you need, including timing of repairs. Great place and people!
