Transmission Diagnostic/Maintenance
I would like to express that JK’s Auto shop including all staff who took the time to diagnose my car and temporarily fix what valvoline completely messed up is highly appreciated and would definitely recommend other future customers to stop by this shop and trust that the work will be done properly with care and knowledge.
As for valvoline, I would highly recommend not to go to any of them around white plains as they are set up with young people who aren’t aware of cars and will most likely ruin your car or over charge you for work that isn’t necessary to just make a quick buck.

Volvo Service
This was our first time using JK’s Auto Service and I would highly recommend them! As a matter of fact, I did recommend them to two coworkers after my experience. Brought in my Volvo for service after hearing a very loud grinding sound from the front right. They were able to detect the problem, fix it quickly, and gave a reasonable price. Felt very trustworthy there. Also, at the last minute mentioned that I had a leak coming from my rearview mirror and they were able to fix that as well and explain why that happened. Don’t hesitate to bring your vehicle here!

Excellent repair shop
This is by far the best auto repair shop in Westchester! Nick and the staff are top notch. Customer service at its best. Jason is a wonderful mechanic. His ability to diagnose and solve problems is terrific! I would not go anywhere else. Go to JK if you want your car repaired correctly and at a very fair price.
