Overall experience with everyone is Profesional yet down to earth
Brent who runs the garage I feel is trust worthy, honest, and makes time to address any questions or concerns you may have even though he is extremely busy. His lot is always packed, confirming the trust that people have with him. After taking vehicles of mine and family for at least forty years to a particular garage that I trusted had turned into business I didn't recognize any longer, Jim's Tire & Auto was such a breath of fresh air, and frankly a blessing. They also display compassion and empathy, a real rarity. You'll just have to go there to truly understand.
