Car Not Turning Off Still Not a Turnoff from Jerry's
Brian's crew replaced my transmission for a hefty fee, but alas, transmissions are expensive. It solved the problem of a terrible smell that I had been dealing with for 3 years and that 3 other garages could not identify.

Oddly, after the replacement, the car would not turn off reliably. I would have to move the car a little, forward or backward, and try again. Usually, it turned off after the third try or so. Brian took the car back, troubleshooting the issue over several days. It was frustrating for both of us, and was not an issue that Jerry's had dealt with before. But! Brian offered me a loaner car and had his staff pick me up and bring me home when needed and was very gracious and honest about the whole situation. He stood by his work and kept working until the problem was resolved.

Business doesn't always go as planned, but Brian was great to work with and I would bring my car there again...though, he would probably be glad to never see my perplexing vehicle again!

Transmission problems
I’ve had trucks with transmission problems and have brought them to Jerry’s in the past. I’ve never had any regrets they have been excellent to work with. Gave ma a time frame of how long and an estimate and have been spot on. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are the best!
