I have been a customer for a number of years and have never had anything but positive experiences. I had a personal tragedy that requires me to travel. Curt was compassionate enough to get me in for service the next day. As always, the service was excellent.

Zero communication
We expected a phone call communicating what was wrong with our vehicle and an estimate to fix it. We never received a call. We just received a vm stating car is fixed. We still don't know how much the bill is. What if we feel it's not worth it for an old car? What if we wanted a 2nd estimate?

Excellent Service & Work
Jerry's Service Center is the best place by far to take your vehicle. They can handle most anything! Their Customer Service is second to none and their technicians are the best! They truly care about your vehicle and work that needs to be done OR doesn't need to be done....they do what they say they are going to do and should there be a need for anything further they always get in touch and explain why. Best service center hands down!! Thank you to the Jerry's Team!!

Car fixed without my approval
It would have been.
Nice if I got a phone Call telling me what was wrong with my car and how much it was going to cost. Instead I got a phone call that my car was done and it was gonna cost me $400. What if I didn't have that kind of money?What if I wanted to take it somewhere else to have it done cheaper

Best Service Center within 100 miles+
There is no better service center! Jerry's Service Center hands down is the best within a 100+ mile radius of my home....great people, great service and excellent work! Thank you!
