Recently, I purchased a less than 2 year old Palisade Caligraphy with warranty still active. I bought the extended warranty, anyway. Shortly after the purchase, the passenger's side front seat belt failed. It wouldn't latch. At the same time the warranteed paint started peeling on a small front panel on the same side. The dealership replaced the seat belt after keeping my car for iver two weeks. The paint is slivered under warranty but their body shop charges more than double what the warranty covers. They wanted me to pay the remaining. I refused and brought it home because my local body shop will paint it for less than half if what their body shop requested. Don't buy a car from these people. They will find a way to screw you. I'll get them back. I'll never do business with them, again, nor will any member of my family. My cousin stopped at the dealership in Granbury, today.
