I was visiting my son in Seattle and when driving around one day I hit an object in the road and blew out a tire.. My son recommended that I go to JE TIRE and Chris took great care of me and my car. He ordered the tires that I needed and the next day I was ready to travel again. All of the crew that I met were so friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this business

Great Experience at JE Wheels
I recently purchased a new set of tires from Tire Rack and had them installed by JE Wheels in Ballard. The entire staff was really great to work with throughout the process. I was able to schedule an appointment right after the tires were delivered and they were put on my vehicle in record time and at the exact price they quoted me. I really had a good experience and would highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or wheel service. And I will definitely be a return customer!

Wheel tightening
I never had this kind service and even he doesn’t know his job! Just for wheel tightening, it took 3- days. The worst service and now I’m going to take another auto shop to fix my car. I paid $800 just for wheel tightening and he didn’t fixed it so brought back to him and he told me that I should wait the same three days! This is stupid place.

Above and beyond!!
Well I stopped by because my office is just North on 15th a couple blocks and I am so glad I did. I was able to get my 4Runner outfitted with a wheel and tire combo that look and preform great. Some Fuel 17in rims and some Mickey Thompson Baja AT's. They even shopped around their cost instead of going for the first price a singular distribution center provided to them. The only reason I know this is because I overheard the conversation between the manager and a couple different wheel distributors as he was using all of the plentyful resources available to him in order to get me the customer the best deal. He also said he was going to check his inventory and provided me the option add any of his inventory of aftermarket parts he has at a real competitive price. I would send anyone here that needs and expects quality service and excellent customer support at every point in the transaction

I had my tires replaced here at JE Tires and Wheels and I got the best prices in town. Chris, Eddie, and Enrique was really accommodating to what I needed for my car. They special order the tires that is specific for my vehicle. Everything went smoothly and exact for my vehicle ?
