Used them a 3 Times
First time I used them, they were great. Found the problem, had me order the part (long story), got me back up and running.

Second time I used them, replaced motor mounts. They went bad with in 6-7 months.

Third time, called them about the motor mounts, they asked why I didn’t bring it in sooner. I don’t drive much working from home. Replaced the part under warranty. Then they told me I had a radioactive leak, I knew it and it was small. Still a leak none the less. They replaced it but I didn’t like they replaced the upper and lower radiator hoses without asking me. Reusing the old ones wouldn’t have caused any issues in their part as they were hired to replace the radiator. I know mine were still good or I could’ve replaced them at some point at home myself. Didn’t occur to me to say anything because I thought I would be asked first since they were not bad in my opinion having checked them out before I took it in changing my oil and I notice Ed the radiator leak and looked at all parts including hoses to check the leak. $80.00 in hoses, I definitely would’ve done it myself at home…when they needed to be changed. Times like that are subjective and my opinion I could’ve used them but shops like to give you lie ce of mind with new parts. I still would’ve liked to have been given the option. Radiator hoses are a simple replacement but I didn’t get the option to say yes or no to changing them. So before you get work done and you know something about cars, make sure you ask them not to replace anything that’s just attached unless it needs to be changed.

Just make sure you know how long your warranty is for your parts/repair and to specifically ask them not to changes any hoses/items that can be reused like many of us have done repairing our cars without any issues, like radiator hoses. That $80 could’ve been spent on dinner and drink for me and my old lady.

I gave them 4 stars and 9 on high likely I would recommend them to a friend or colleague for the reasons I listed.
