Took advantage of me
If I’m being honest I think the shop took advantage of me so they could make some money. $200 to get some codes and just call a dealer to see what it is. $225 for a battery when my battery was only 1.5 years old and I wasn’t having any issues. It didn’t fix any issues either. $142 to remove and replace battery almost made me puke. You took advantage and truthfully I will never recommend anyone go to your shop. You guys are nice with a fake smile and then you screwed me over. Lesson learned I should have just went to the dealership. But now I’m out $625 for a new battery. Honestly insane and you all should be ashamed for hustling me the way you did.
