Richard said both employees took the time to describe what's wrong. If someone's not very mechanical, it doesn't make sense. He said a bunch of young women came in and the employees took the time describing what was needed and the safety, and it was extremely good that they took the time.

Came in to quickly get the pressure of my tires checked. Discovered a nail in my tire and technician quickly recommended a quick seal fix versus a new tire. I appreciate the honesty, the efficiency and the quick resolution as a walk-in.

Great experience
I had a great experience working with Jose. He was very thorough, patient, and made me feel comfortable, asking multiple questions. I can feel insecure asking questions about basic car mechanics, but he encouraged the questions and responded in a way that was easy to understand. He respected my budget, and was not pushy. He was clear on what was urgent, what was important but not urgent, and what can wait for a while. I appreciated his honest, patience, and humility. I will definitely be coming back to work with Jose.
