Awful customer service
Apparently, there was some confusion on the tires that were ordered to put on my car. So now I'm stuck with $1,200.00 tires that I DID NOT want and they refuse to make it right. I've been recommending other people to come to this business as I thought they had "Integrity" but I can now say very confidently, I won't be doing that ever again.

I'm very confussed with this review! I talked to your husband yesterday and he stated he understood completely being he is in the same kind of business. 

But to reiterate, I reviewed Casie's notes and seen she ordered and we installed the tires that you and her discussed over the phone and you agreeed to. Sound like the confusion was you couldn't see what tires she had quoted, you agreed and we ordered to meet your interest over the phone. I am sorry if those tires didn't have the look you were going for but again, they are the tires you agreed to. But after tires were installed and paid for you never said anything to us at all about the discrepancy in what you had in mind for the look of the tires. I wished you would have said something while you were here and before leaving the property which could have saved alot of stress on you. Then I would have been able to help and maybe even return them to get something more to your liking, but sadly after you drive on them and the roads mark them up there become used tire and can't be returned. They are yours. If they couldn't be returned at less we could have tried to sell them as new tires to someone else but I will not sale a marked up tire for a new price to someone. I would think with your husband owning his on businuss you would know and understand that.

If someone is wanting a pacific looking tire it may be better to not do it over the phone. I would recommend ordering/buying your on tires or doing better research before agreeing to replace them in the future.
