Replacing starter and checking fly wheel converter
My starter was acting up again. I had it replaced three times at CROWN who said if it was still acting up then I would need a to replace my fly wheel torque converter at over $3000. So of course it started acting up again. Instead of going to them, I was recommended to go to Ihles’s for a second opinion. I asked if they would be able to diagnose it, they said they could and would. I brought it in that afternoon, they diagnosed it the next day: I had a faulty starter. What?? So they replaced it just like that. Very efficient. Very honest. They also checked my flywheel torque converter and said there was nothing wrong with it. What?? Thank you to the Ihle crew for making me feel and be safe in my vehicle again.
