Fantastic experience!
I had the best experience working with Ms. Barbra at Hyundai of Dothan. She was so patient with me and all the questions I ask and she was very thorough in explaining all the features in the vehicles. Ms. Barbra and the team at Hyundai of Dothan were very transparent with our transaction and it felt like everyone was genuinely happy for our family’s major purchase. Barbara was my sales rep for this exciting new purchase, done very seamlessly electronically rather than physically on the lot, and has been extremely helpful and informative from the beginning of our conversation, through Hyundai's delivery to me in Tampa Bay, and our FaceTime overview and orientation of my new vehicle. She was very thorough and professional, and a delight to work with!

The purchase of my Palisade was a pleasant experience from the time I arrived at the dealership until the transaction was completed. Barbara Cone was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the transaction.
I was very impressed with Hyundai of Dothan this past week when I purchased a Palisade. All of the employees I came in contact were very nice and courteous. All of my questions regarding the vehicle were answered and I will recommend this dealership to others. Barbara Cone took the time to explain the various functions of the vehicle and made sure I understood what she was conveying.

Hyundai was very friendly and treated me, a foreigner, with genuine kindness without any discrimination. I think it deserves high marks for the fact that they treated customers kindly and did not lose their smile even in the uncomfortable weather when it was raining heavily.

Excellent customer service. Expedited approval. The salesperson Cathy Hernandez displays a courteous attitude. She was very patient. This is the first dealership where I feel as if I wasn’t rushed to make a purchase and coerced to purchase a vehicle that is not of my choice.
