Not A Happy Customer!!!
I drove almost 2 hours with my 4 year old son who has disabilities to purchase a 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy with 24,405 miles on it. When test driving, I noticed it had 28,500 miles not to mention it was not detailed and ready like it was supposed to be. After telling them we wanted $400 off for the miles and inconvenience they did finally agree. I also mentioned my trailer hitch ball needing removed from the vehicle i was trading in before signing any papers so i made sure it wouldnt be a problem. I was told they would remove it for me, that it was no problem. They did end up detailing the suv, but didn't put the car mats back in the trunk where they were when I looked over the vehicle before test driving it. I didn't notice it till I was about to leave. The salesman was still there, but said he didn't have a key to get in the building. By this time my little one was having behaviors because of the time everything took while there and he was hungry and tired. The salesman tried calling Shane the finance manager who had left within 10 minutes of us realizing the floor mats wernt in the trunk. He didnt answer so the salesman had me call from my phone. He answered but would not come back to get my floor mats yet I drove almost 2 hours to get the SUV. We also called Tyler the store manager but his phone went to voicemail. It's been almost a week and still no check, which they owed me $400 from where i had paid with a cashiers check that was for the total amount before realizing they had lied about the mileage which was 4000 more than it was listed. They said they didnt keep any cash there. So not only have I not received the check, but I haven't received the floor mats or the trailer hitch ball. I have messaged, emailed and called and haven't head anything since May 30th. Also, there was less then $15.00 of gas in the gas tank and there had been no oil change. I now have to pay to have one done within 1600 miles. This dealerahip should not do customers this way. They should respond back to customers messages, calls or emails. If they were with the Better Business Bureau, I would have contacted them. With the way this company does their customers is probably why they aren't registered with the Better Business Bureau. Also i have health conditions and have been very sick since a couple days after getting the vehicle and don't need the worry and stress they are causing me. If they were closer than 1 hour 47 minutes away, I would have done went to the dealership sick or not sick. This is ridiculous!!!
