My Tucson needed repairs. I was given an estimate and agreed for them to do the work. When I was given the final price, I questioned it and then remembered there was an extra cost for the inspection. The bill only showed a costs for labor and parts; there was not a breakdown as to what exactly was done. After further inspection, the bill was still too high. I asked them to correct it and they wouldn't. They were only willing to offer me a "free" oil change. I live an hour away and with my job it is not convenient to schedule an oil change at this location. I want my money back.
