THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !
Towed my car here for service . Needed a new engine . Vaden quoted me WELL over 20,000 and had the vehicle for three months .
I found a auto shop that ordered a new engine and said they will install it for 11,000 .
When I called Vaden to say I was taking it elsewhere they offered to match the price .
When the tow driver showed up to pick up my vehicle they were belligerent and so unprofessional that he refuses to tow another car to them or from them .
They are literally thieves !

No exaggeration, best buying experience ever!
It's not a sunrise that a lot of us don't enjoy the car buying process, and for me, I went into it fully expecting to scrap and fight for a good deal. From the moment Shay came up to me and my wife until the last thank you and handshake... it was absolutely an amazing car buying experience. A lot of the negotiating happened over email and phone, so we didn't have to sit around and go back and forth. Shay was polite, kind, and it felt like she really listened to what we were looking for at a fair market price. Kevin, the finance manager, was also great, he treated me like a person with dignity and respect, and not a pay check (that applied to everyone I met and talked to). Y'all, I am not filling anyone with hit air, this was hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Please l, if you're in the market for a Hyundai or Stelantis product,l go see them. I would 100% buy another vehicle from them.

2023 Palisade
They were quick, efficient and made sure I got everything I wanted with my car. They had one on the lot and I was pushed for time so John Emman went out of his ways to make sure to get me in my car within just a few short hours. I asked for weather mats as I live in the country and with 3 kids and the general manager made sure I got them as they didn’t come with the car. The palisade is a moms dream car and I couldn’t love it or be happier with my purchase.
