Randy said he took the vehicle in and they left the spare tire in the back, so his back camera wouldn't work. He had to go back and had to pay $180 to get it fixed, but there was no issue previously. He said there was also a relay damaged but he believes they are wrong and if it is damaged, they did it.

David said they were outstanding, and went above and beyond. His daughter was traveling and had problems. The service was outstanding and they had her on the road within the hour. They were kind, nice and friendly with him on the phone. He could not thank them enough with a traumatic situation concerning his daughter. He recommends them 100 percent.

Emergency Repair - 2013 VW Throttle Body
Their service was truly outstanding! We live in Atlanta area and our daughter, who attends Mississippi State, drives a 2013 VW Beetle. Recently, her check engine light came on, though the car still ran fine around town. She had the codes checked in Starkville, which pointed to an issue with the throttle body sensor. We scheduled a repair in Atlanta, but when she got on the highway heading home, the car couldn’t go over 45 mph.

I called multiple repair shops in Columbus, Tuscaloosa, and Birmingham without any luck—until I spoke with Heather at Hutchinson Automotive. I explained the issue and gave her the engine codes over the phone. Heather said if they could get the part, they’d make every effort to fit my daughter in during her trip home.

Sure enough, when my daughter arrived, they had her in and out in under an hour. Everyone we spoke to was kind, helpful, and genuinely positive. We’re so grateful for their incredible service and for helping get our daughter safely home for Easter!
