Knowledgeable, Honest and Reasonable
I've been going to Hunt Valley Euro Car for a decade now. They serviced my mini cooper and, currently, my volvo. I had terrible experiences with Mr. Tire or other chains but this mechanic shop is so knowledgeable and honest. I'd recommend them to anyone, so great.

Oil Change and Tire Rotation
Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked to have one of my tires checked for a slow leak, as I had been adding air a few times a month. The team confirmed that there was no leak and the tire was in good condition. Additionally, I had them check the passenger-side window, as it sounded like the seal might be loose while driving—again, no issues were found.
I really appreciate the service at Hunt Valley Euro-Car. I never feel like they’re trying to upsell or take advantage of me, and their pricing has always been reasonable.
One small request for the future: when rotating the tires, please also ensure the air pressure is balanced in all four. It wasn’t done this time, possibly due to being short-staffed, which I understand.

Service Check
I stopped by on Friday because I noticed a fuel smell in my car. Oliver and one of the mechanics came right out to take a look under the hood and spotted a potential issue. They scheduled me for an appointment on Monday to check it out thoroughly. Thankfully, it turned out to be nothing major—but what really stood out was their honesty and transparency. I truly appreciate the straightforward service they always provide. It’s reassuring to know I can count on them to be honest and thorough every time.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience last week. After bringing my car in for 4 tires and oil change, drain clearing from sunroof, and bulb changes.
I took my car in last week for 4 new tires, sunroof drain flush and change of bulbs. $1,800.00
Next day after a storm front driver seat floor was drenched. Took my car back. This time I hope it was repaired.
Next day another bulb alert came back. Took my car back. A $2.50 bulb gets me a $77.00 charge. That is ridiculous especially after a third trip in. II was told it had just gone out. I then questioned the amount and the receptionist said in a very unfriendly tone well that's labor!

I have been a good customer for years and don't deserve this treatment.

Oliver and his crew really took care of me
I brought my 2020 Evoque in for brakes. Oliver promptly gave me an estimate, which I approved. Later, they found an error in the part ordering application, and worked out the best workable solution for the correct part in the best possible time frame. Oliver and his team actually stayed late to get the work done "same day" as originally promised. Their effort was much appreciated.
