There aren’t very many businesses left today who operate from a place of true ethics. Kim squeezed me in without an appointment today after having my car towed with a dead battery. As might happen in many businesses they would’ve put in a new battery for nearly $300. Instead, she told me the battery was only 14 months old and would be covered under warranty. So she waited while I retraced where I had gotten the battery, called the company and found out it was under complete warranty. My total bill at Hummel was $13 and change. I have been servicing our cars at Hummel for many years and will never consider going anywhere else to service.
Much gratitude,, Mike Riso.
