Quick Turn Client Care
We had some bad luck when my radiator blew about an hour from home in Wilmington. I called HP and they said they’d work me in and they sure did! I had my truck back with a new radiator with 48 hours. Congenial and extremely knowledgeable staff and master mechanic explained everything easily. Price also beat most every other shop around Wilmington to boot. I’ll take all my business there and everyone else should as well! Thanks HP Automotive

Quick Work and a Fair Price

I wish I could give 20 stars
This is not a fly- by- night place. These folks know exactly what to do. They arent playing guessing games with your wallwt, they actually take the time to diagnose the problem. Tnis place ia awesome!

Great Experience, Each and EVERYTIME!
When I was lead to this mechanic through my late brother-in law, who knew that I would finally land into the RIGHT hands! I cannot speak enough on this platforms good business and practices etched in transparency and integrity! They are the epitome of Customer Service Excellence and I feel they live out the practice of what they preach: Treat others the way you want to be treated and the kickbacks will always arrive!

I can not thank them enough for their honesty and Excellent Works!!! They will always be my main operative mechanic shop!!

Awesome Trouble Shooting!
HP (Gene) diagnosed my brake problems when others were clueless. Fixed it with new brake hose and it brakes great, all problems gone. Very knowledgeable shop. Easy to talk with. Explained everything in a way I could easily understand. I'll be back.

Another great experience

Oil change on Ford Escape
This January’s temperatures have been nothing if not brutal. The last thing anyone wants to have to do is go out and get an oil change. Not only did the staff complete the job in a speedy fashion, they even gave me a ride to and from my house as my family was out of town. You don’t get service like that anymore except maybe here I recommend them to anyone that needs an honest, straightforward and courteous provider for all their vehicle needs.

Honest and respectful
Lots of shops will talk to you like an idiot even if you have literally driven the same make and model of vehicles all your life, but everyone at HP treats you as an equal, and tries to accommodate you, and are honest in what they do, at least in my experiences.
