Horrible Service!!
My second visit Horrible service experience , I had requested a tire order along with my oil change and made an appointment the following week it was Not done wasted a whole day off from work. Just got my oil change only they don’t care so here the service dept is not doing there job luis didn’t even call me back. will be taking my service to the Kendalll location for the future. They don’t even wash your car or give you a Loaner my car is worth $60,000 and the service sucks Honda is better. I hope they close this dealership the
Y aren’t doing a good job and have all these managers walking around my information wasn’t even entered in there computer system it’s a mess very unsatisfactory.

Horrible Sales Service, even from manager
In the car buying process and I decided to give this dealer a try. I drove down to Homestead only to find there is only one person that handles sales of GV80, I wait for them to call the manager and when I'm tired of waiting he walks out to grab a cigarette. When he sees me get in my car to drive away, he starts waving and yelling "what happened"? to which I replied, I see you were more interested in smoking than selling a car today.

Went to another Genesis dealer and that was horrible. Came to the dealer in Homestead and they were courteous and friendly. Delivered on promises and delivered in a timely manner.
